Regarding Monday’s visit to the oncology vet I sent that email that I talked about in my previous entry. I was happy to see a response from the actual hospital manger herself.

I am not going to quote from the email because it is business/personal correspondence. She did however thank me for bringing my concerns to her attention. She apologized for the amount of time my previous appointments have taken and to find out what can be done to make Buddy’s visits go smoother. She also said that she wants to sit down with the front office manager to address with her my concerns with the front desk.

Maybe I won’t have to spend half my day at Buddy’s next appointment. I hope my email helps the situation. She promises a follow up email before the weekend.
